For any of the following jobs a client must provide verification from his or her physician that such adaptations are medically necessary:

Wheelchair access ramps. These ramps are made of wood and are built on site to accommodate the requirements of the house. Our ramps meet Americans with Disabilities Act Guidelines, for width, structure and rise. We comply with all local zoning requirements.

Install grab bars, hand rails and other adaptive devices. Keep in mind that we do one job at a time -- we cannot make an entire house barrier free at one time.

Construction of first floor bathrooms for people no longer able to climb stairs.

In some situations we are able to retro-fit an existing bathroom for handicap access.
