Please review our Eligibility Guidelines. We accept applications for services over the telephone. Please call us at (330) 743-7800 between 7:00 am to 3:00 pm (March thru December) or 7:30 am to 3:30 pm (January and February). You will be asked for your Social Security Number and date of birth, among other items. You may be asked to provide information in addition to the proofs of income to verify home ownership or to resolve other questions. We accept applications for one (1) job per year, per customer. Discuss with the intake worker the work you would like to have done and he or she can tell you what sort of requests we are able to accept. Once you've had a job done, you must wait 1 year before you can put in another request. The decision to accept or reject an application is based upon a number of factors. Interfaith retains the right to accept or reject any application. Our work is funded by a variety of sources, each of which has its own set of guidelines, requirements and beneficiaries. We try to serve as many people as possible each year. We normally work in 500-550 houses each year, but we receive 600-700 requests for services each year.
